My Story:
Here you’ll find the ramblings of a career-oriented woman turned temporary expat housewife; transplanted from the East Coast USA to Shanghai, China. For any experienced Shanghai visitors, my inner dialogue may seem naive, but I’m just describing my new world as I experience it while learning and loving it more and more each day! We by no means "live like the locals" however I'm doing my best to understand the lives and stories of everyone we meet.

As for the “Hunting for Cheese,” anyone who knows me, understands that Nachos, Queso, Mozzarella Sticks, cheese pairings, etc are my primary food groups. As dairy is not a staple in local Chinese cuisine, I’m making it my mission to search out the best cheese delicacies China has to offer. :) As well as a few other treats... Hope you enjoy!
